We are excited to announce the implementation of PayHOA, a comprehensive online platform designed to simplify the management of our Homeowners Association (HOA) operations. This system offers a range of features aimed at enhancing your experience and ensuring transparency in our community's financial dealings.​

Key Features of PayHOA:

  • Online Payments: Securely pay your HOA dues and other fees online, providing convenience and reducing the need for paper checks.​

  • Payment History Access: Easily view your payment history to keep track of your financial contributions to the community.​

Annual Dues Information:

As outlined in our community covenants, annual HOA dues are due by June 30th each year. However, we kindly encourage residents to submit their payments earlier. Early payments assist in funding essential neighborhood projects and maintenance, ensuring our community remains a wonderful place to live.​

Dues Amount:

  • $450.00 per lot with a living unit

  • $225.00 per unoccupied lot

How to Register for PayHOA:

  • Enter Your Information: Provide your email address and create a password.​

  • Verify Your Email: Check your email inbox for a verification message and follow the instructions to confirm your account.​

  • Complete Your Profile: Once verified, log in to complete your profile by adding your contact information and property details.​
